oh well, I'm still having this problem, but I just picked some for myself. Try and error I suppose.
Items that I have so far:

Fasio clarifying cleansing foam
I got this item on June 09. I've tried it and I don't think it works for removing makeup. In my opinion, it works more on removing dead skin cells. oh, weird product. It is a translucent gel type, but it foams up when it meets water. It might be a good cleanser but a no no for removing makeup/mascara.
Worth to try? No~~

Johnson's Baby Oil
My bestie, himawari said that this works for removing makeup
it is mild and gentle. One day, I tried to remove my Majolica mascara, and gosh...
it does nothing but leaving an oil pool at my eyes. But if you are using very light makeup such as face powder, BB cream, blush, eye shadow. It works.. I'm still using it till now because it is super cheap and easy to use. All I need is cotton pad and the baby oil. Gently wipe it 2-3 times over the makeup area to ensure thoroughly cleanse.
Worth? Yes, but not suitable for people who use heavy makeup.
Etude House lip&eye Makeup RemoverThis is my new HG which I found it recently. It cost around MYR22.90 but it works well
because it does remove the stubborn Majolica mascara and it impressed me. It doesn't have any special fragrance. So what I do usually is, pour some onto the cotton pad, place about 10sec on the area that I wanted to remove makeup and just wipe it off. That's it. I love it because it works really well.
Worth: Yes, it is something that really, really worth to try.
The Skinfood tea tree cleansing gelIt is my HG for a long long time. Before I get my makeup remover items, this is the very 1st item I used to cleanse and remove makeup. I don't know how, but it just able to dissolve and wash off the makeup. It works for etude house, elf mascara but is a no no for Majolica mascara.
Overall, it is a good product. Is just that it is not specifically made for the makeup remover purpose.
Worth? depends... I noticed it coincidentally ...
Nite nite~♥

Thanks for the reviews, I'll keep the Etude House one in mind ;D!
Oh! I like The Face Shop brightening Rice Eye + lip make up remover. I still keep a bottle even though I have different brand open just in case my mascara doesn't come off with the new one.

Hihi! Paul and Joe has 3 counters in Klang Valley. Parkson KLCC, Isetan Lot10 and Parkson Subang Parade(i think this one is closes to you right?). The KLCC one is going to move to Pavillion on the 15th of July. I prefer that one because the SA Nancy is very very nice. I hauled the items in the picture from the Warehouse Sale today in Corus Hotel right across the road from KLCC. GOGO! Tomorrow is the last day! Until 6:30 PM!
I am also very impressed with Etude House's makeup removers. Tried their mascara remover, awesome! :D
